    I bought a personal plan ($48) but didn’t notice that I couldn’t upload themes with that plan so upgraded it to the next plan ($252) almost immediately afterwards. I got billed for both. Is it possible to get a refund for the initial personal plan since I didn’t use it/don’t need it?

    Hi there!

    The Business plan is normally $300 per year, so the $48 was applied to your upgrade, which is why you were only charged $252 when you upgraded.

    $252 + $48 = $300

    In the future, since you have a Business plan, you have access to priority email and live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page, where you can get help more quickly than by posting in the free public support forums.
