    hi. i tried wordpress for 4 hrs and cancelled right after so i only subscribed for 4 hours. when i asked for a refund, i only got half my money back, see below. I read full refund but it looks like you only gave 50%. Can you help me understand why? Thanks.

    Hi! You’d bought a domain transfer too, free with the plan that you cancelled. We don’t automatically cancel and refund those, because if the transfer is already started we wouldn’t want your domain to be in limbo.

    But I can see in this case you did not initiate the transfer, so I’ll go ahead and refund that portion. Cheers!
