I cancelled my wordpress account in the 2 day period. I figure I’ll just make my own since I don’t wanna spend money since I’m a student. Today I got charge 35$ plus 9$ instead of getting a refund. why? since I cancelled everything. I called support and they said they can’t help, that I need to emaill wordpress or something. It’s so easy to get charge but it’s so hard to get ahold of something that can help on the refund! :( i need my money back yo..

2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation, or the domain expiration take place?

Hi @yumeofficial24, I see a full refund on our end, but I’m wondering if you have a second account. If you have more charges, can you head to wpchrg.com (which should be showing on the statement) and enter the details there to find the account?
