  After 24 hours I chose to cancel my plan and domain name because I wasn’t really well informed about WordPress. I spoke to a member of the team about it, and I was told if I cancelled I would receive a refund – that was the £30. I haven’t received this refund. And wouldn’t have cancelled if I knew

  Thanks for getting in touch. There was a glitch with the refund and only 8 euro was processed. I’ve refunded the remainder for a total of 30 euro. It can take upwards of ten days to receive the funds. After this time please check with your bank about any delays on their side.
