  I requested a refund and it said it would take 7-10 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received the refund.

  Hi! This was processed as a reversal. In this case the original charge was cancelled before it was finalized, so it should just be gone from your bill. Please check in with your card provider or bank to confirm.
