Hi there,
Refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, but exactly how long depends on your bank. We don’t control how long they take to process the refund and show it on your statement after we issue it here, so please follow up with them regarding this.

If more than 10 working days I have not received money. Pls Tell me, what do I do with my bank?

As I said, you need to contact your bank and ask them about this. We have already refunded your payment and have no access any more to the money. We issued you a receipt for the refund you can see here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
Print out those receipts and take them to your bank and ask the bank to investigate. But this is a problem on their end. We have no control over how your bank processes refunds.

Your refund has been sent to the method of payment that you used for your original purchase. You will receive it in 7-10 business days. If you paid with a credit card, this may appear as a credit/refund on your statement, or the original charge will show as reversed, which would simply remove the original charge from your statement – depending on your bank. If you paid via PayPal, you’ll see the refund in your transaction history.

My bank reports that you have not canceled my order, they do not see any refund from you. Pls check help me !

The refunds have definitely been issued. We do not have access to those funds any more, and you have a receipt with a reference number from our payment processor.
Once we issue a refund it is out of our control how long the funds take to reach your account, so there’s nothing else we’re able to do from our side in this case.
