Refund

    I’m just wondering how to get a refund on my annual plan. I paid $48 and it’s not the service I thought it was going to be. I don’t expect a full refund but I haven’t had it very long at all.

    Hey there, I can see you’re a while past the refund window, but is there anything we can do to help you get the site up and going? We have some tutorials here:

    Also, you cancelled the address you bought. The first one (.com) is not refundable at this point, and cancelling is problematic if you’d like to use it with another provider. If we hurry, we can restore that for you. Please let us know.
