    Hello, I would like to know why I have not been allowed to ask for the refund knowing that although you charge it suddenly the 12 months, the premium plan is 8 euros and something and have not passed the 12 months that would have paid. I have to say that I had the premium plan but I took it away thinking that I was going to give back what was missing, but it has not been so. I ask for explanation. Thank you.
