    I’ve tried getting to an actual person – and if I don’t get any respond, I’m just going to screenshot the WordPress refund policy and my receipt, and this terrible ‘contact us’ service that is a public forum, which is terrible for customer’s to spill out their problems in the world-wide-web. I cancelled my stuff, and I got $9.88 back, where’s the rest of my money, it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet!?! Shady business practice, it’s as if they’re purposely trying to make it hard for you to cancel so that time can run out on you so they can keep your money and then say, sorry, you’re past the required time limit. Shady! If I don’t get a respond, I’m telling Amex about it and letting them deal with it!
