  Hello, sorry for the inconvenience again,
  i canceled the subscription and wordpress refund the money and give me a ARN Code for track ,The amount did not appear in the bank account or in the credit card company,One last attempt, can you provide me with proof that the amount of money was returned to the credit card so that I can show it to the credit company and the bank that the amount has been returned?   Please note that After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Your refund was sent August 17, and it should definitely have appeared on your statement by now.

  Please provide your credit card provider’s support with ARN: 24011341230000006574823 and they should be able to track it down.
