I can confirm you have canceled the upgrade and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. On our end we show the refunds as complete, so your banking institution has confirmed the receipt of the returned funds.
I am not able to share more info here in public, but I have emailed you with more info that you can provide to your bank so they can track and confirm these refunds for you, thanks
