    How long does it take to get a refund credited back to a user?

    I can see the refund was sent, but depending on your bank, it can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank to see if there’s a routing error. We can provide ARNs if needed.

    Oh, also: I did notice this refund was done in two transactions. So if you’re looking for the total, you might not find it. Just look for any refund from us.
