  I recently canceled my yearly subscription. What is the process on receiving my refund?

  I have refunded the charges back to you for the subscription. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  Hello,

  It has been a month since you stated you issued a refund for my subscription, and as of today I still have not received my refund. Can you give me a status on why?

  Hi,

  Well that sounds frustrating!

  From our end, everything looks refunded like normal. I would encourage you to reach out to your bank and ask them what’s going on. Please report back with their reply.

  Once we’ve processed the refund, the money is out of our hands and we have no control over how quickly your bank returns the money to your account.
