  my account was charged $99 for installing wordpress but when i go to manage purchases so I can uninstall it and get a refund it shows no purchases. I installed it less than 30 days ago

  Hi there,

  I checked your site. It is not hosted on WordPress.com, your domain http://xoxohanna.com/ points to Bluehost. Based on this info, I assume it is hosted on Bluehost (WordPress.org).

  This forum is dedicated to WordPress.com.

  I’m not seeing any purchases associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from. Could you have another account that you made the purchase with?

  Otherwise, could you be thinking of a Bluehost payment by mistake?
