Refund

a couple of days ago i got informed about the autorenewal of my website. This was about 11 months after i got my subscription. I think i had only one day to cancel my subscription and get the full refund. At the moment i canceled my subscription (refund 73 euros) but i don’t get refund for the domain name? about 26 euro’s. Why is that? And why don’t i get informed about this? I thought the domain name was a one time payment. At the moment i canceled everything including the registered domain name ( i think) so this wouldn’t autorenewel as well for a third year or something. So now i end up with paying for a full year and even a second year for the domainname and my website is currently down after just 11 months…
I am very dissapointed. I should be well informed about how to cancel my subscription and i should get a month for that. The refund should also be full. I don’t get exactly why this isnt the question….
