Refund

  Hello.
  I canceled my WordPress Plan last month after my auto-renew went through. This was set-up by a past employee. Unfortunately I do no see the refund on my credit card.

  How do I go about clearing this up?

  Hi Chris –

  Thanks for getting in touch. Are you referring to the Domain Mapping for douglascountyhousing.org? A refund has not been processed for that upgrade yet, but I can certainly get that started, just let me know if that’s the correct upgrade.

  Yes. I believe that is the only purchase we have on the account. Can you verify that?
