  How do I get a refund for the domain mapping fee?

  I’ve just refunded the domain mapping costs — your plan has now been refunded in full.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
