    Hello, I have been trying to cancel a theme auto renew subscription since April but failed multiple times, bluehost originally told me they cancelled my auto renew and refunded me, but it gets charged again. Please cancel for me and refund me the amount.

    Hi there!

    I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site and subscriptions were at Bluehost, you need to contact them for help as we have no affiliation to nor do we have the access or ability to handle any billing for a different company.
