  Dear Sir/Madame,

  I would like to request a full refund of all my plans I purchased today. So far i could only refund the premium part but not the personal plan part. Could you look in to this?

  No problem. I’ve processed a full refund. The funds should reach you in about ten days.

  It looks like it will process as 2 individual refunds. One at €63.12 and the other €35.88.
