  hello i cancelled the domain within 96 hours and didnt get refund

  A refund can take up to 10 business days. Banks outside the USA usually need a lot more of time, https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#how-to-get-a-refund

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-09-08. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
