  Hey there,

  I just canceled premium subscription for the site contentoptimal.com and didn’t get the chance to check my email. I wanna do a real quick followup on the refund, eligibility, timelines etc.

  Your subscriptions were canceled correctly, you can check that at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks, especially outside of the United States, may require more time to process the refund. I can see your refund is still in progress. Thank you for your patience.
