Refund

    Hi I put in a refund for one of my purchases on the 21st of April it’s been 2 weeks now and still no refund in my account? I want to contact WordPress instead of replying to forums how do I contact them thanks.

    We did issue your refund on 21 April, but banks have their own internal processes they follow before that refund will show in your account. Usually this takes about 10 business days, but especially with non-US banks it can sometimes take longer.

    Please try following up with your bank directly. You can give them the transaction ID from our payment processor which appears in your refund receipt as a reference.

    Hi thanks for getting back to me I have another issue with the domain name mapping they charged me £11 for it and I cancelled on the same day it says, If you used the domain credit to map an existing domain, or if you are canceling within the refund period for the registration, you will receive a full refund. Didn’t receive the refund for that.

  • The mapping portion of your plan has already been refunded as well. You should see a receipt for it here:
