    I have had an email from you saying you are refunding the $99 but then another email from paypal says you have only done a partial refund, why is this?

    With your Premium upgrade, you were refunded the entire upgrade amount minus the domain registration fees for “cruisingwithlynne.com.”

    When you buy a domain (even with an upgrade credit), it is registered for one year. Domain names are non-refundable after 48 hours. Please understand that this is not because we refuse to issue a refund. Domain purchases are irreversible after 48 hours.

    Since you requested a refund on the upgrade, the system processed a refund for $73 based upon the $99 purchase price minus the $26 cost for the domain registration and private registration for your domain.

    I did request the refund within the 48 hours

    You purchased the upgrade on 2013-04-30 at 10:33am (our system time – which may be different from your local time) and requested the refund on 2013-05-03 at 3:26pm (system time) which unfortunately is more than 48 hours past the purchase date and time.
