    Hello there,

    I’m writing to inquiry that I didn’t used wordpress. But it seems that it’s automatically updated. That’s probably why I received the bill recently.
    How can I cancel the membership?

    Could I apply for the refund?

    I can’t do it through my profile as the page with that detail don’t want do download.

    Seems like you forgot to turn off the auto-renew feature and hence the plan might have been renewed automatically.

    You can turn off Auto Renewal from the Manage Purchases section of your account.

    If you are not able to disable it yourself then you can ask the staff to do it. To reach staff you can tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar.

    re:Refunds
    WordPress.COM has a 30-day refund policy on all their paid plans, except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. The refund period for Guided Transfers ends 30 days after purchase or as soon as your site has been moved, whichever comes first.

    You can still cancel your plans after 30-days but you wont we refunded for your cancellation so it is suggested that you stay on the plan and let it expire.

    NOTE:

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

    You can cancel your plans from the manage purchases section.

    If you need help from the staff to cancel your plans, then please add the modlook as mentioned before.

    Hi Christina,

    Your Premium plan and domain mapping for theteachers.pl recently auto renewed. I can cancel these upgrades for you and issue a refund. Please reply to confirm you are happy for me to do and I will sort that out for you :)

    Thanks for confirming, I’ve cancelled and refunded your plan. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement.

    When I click on the link you have send me I can’t see any details. It’s is the same as it used to be before- like the page doesn’t want to dowload.
    I can see only headings of rubrics but not the content and it doesn’t want to respond .
    But the most important thing for me is to get the refund and delete the profile so it won’t happen again.

    Please try clearing your browser cache and refresh the page before clicking the link again:

    Also, are you able to see your Billing History if you login using a different browser?

    But the most important thing for me is to get the refund and delete the profile so it won’t happen again.

    I can send you a link to some instructions for deleting your account but it’s not necessary to do so in order to prevent further charges. There are currently no active upgrades on your account — you won’t be billed again unless you purchase a new upgrade.

    A refund has been issued and is on its way to you :)
