  Hello, i issued a refund over 2 weeks ago i still do not have the confirmation email nor did i actually get my 130$ back…

  Hi Kuei!

  Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your acount. It has been 11 days since we issued the refund (it was done on 27 April), so please just wait a little bit longer and it should be in your account. If you still do not have it in 3-4 days from now then please let us know!

  Hi there,

  If you still haven’t received the refund you need to contact your bank. The refund was processed on our end on 27 April, and at that time we issued you a receipt with a transaction ID for that transaction, which you can see here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  The moment we processed the refund, the funds left our account and was returned to your bank. But we don’t control how long they take to process it on their end to show it on your statement, so you need to follow up with them on that.

  It was to my PayPal not my bank, I never had any bank liked… I would just like my money returned to my PayPal (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  My bank has nothing to do with this transaction

  In that case, please contact PayPal and provide them the transaction ID that appears in your receipt. That will allow them to track down the transaction in their system.
