  I would like to receive the full 35$ refund for not using the actual time amounted for usage.

  I’m showing there was a partial refund earlier today, so I’ve gone ahead and refunded the remainder of the $35.

  Please keep in mind, it can take several days for a refund to appear on your bank statement.

  If there’s something we can do to make that upgrade more useful, please let us know.
