  I have this account which I cancelled last year, I’ve just been charge again – I can no longer log into this account to get a refund – help?

  Are you talking about your site https://dawnoftheteenage.com/? That site has certainly not been cancelled as it is up and running. However as Staff said last year – https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/billing-729/ – that site is connected to another account of yours.
