  Hello, I just realised that there was illegal activity using my paypal account, on a domain I never owned or used under my account. Worse, I have been paying for years and not knowing. I have now cancelled via paypal, but can you refund all money paid to WordPress from my paypal account? domain is alloffenceintended.com – I can find no information about this anywhere online

  You can find a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.

  Also, you can get a refund for a cancelation if the request was done inside the refund window for a domain and plan which is 96 hours for a domain name and 1 days for a plan
