  Hi,

  I have just cancelled my wordpress personal subscription and my domain name. I got a refund for my domain name but not my subscription. Can you help me please? I was meant to cancel this earlier this month before the renewal date (Sept 10th) but I have been in hospital.

  It looks like there’s a payment dispute regarding that charge. We’d have to wait for that to resolve before we’re able to issue a refund.

  Hi,

  I opened a paypal payment dispute because I couldn’t find a way to contact and ask for the refund. I can close the dispute if that speeds things up?

  Typically, you can cancel and refund these via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases per our refund policy https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  However, you initiated a chargeback dispute with PayPal: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

  We can still issue a refund for this, but not while the chargeback dispute is active as we’re prevented from doing anything by PayPal. Once you have canceled that dispute, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.

  Looking at your support history it looks like our payment team has already been in touch with you regarding the chargeback cancellation and issued the $22 refund earlier today. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your account.

  You should be all set!
