Refund

I cancelled my premium subscription and domain mapping (within 24 hours) and paid $99, but they only refunded me $50. Now I’m trying to get the remaining $50 refunded and there’s no direct contact information for me to contact WordPress to get my money back. This is unacceptable. Does anyone know how to contact them?

Hi there,
You first bought a Personal Plan, which you later upgraded to Premium. If you then cancel, only the most recent payment is refunded, not the original Personal Plan payment.
I’ve processed the outstanding amount now, so you should receive the full refund within about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
