Refund

  I cancelled my domain mapping and down graded my account a day or so after I was charged for another year subscription. When doing this it said the money would be refunded to me. However I am yet to receive a refund and the cancellation was nearly a month ago!

  Hi kateelizabethart,

  It looks a refund wasn’t issued when you cancelled your upgrade, sorry about that! I’ve just refunded £11 and you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
