To get a refund, you need to cancel your premium upgrade before 30 days of purchase. If you are under expiration period, you can claim for a refund.

I’ve checked your account and the plan has been fully refunded. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
