  My refund was processed yesterday and then taken back in the middle of the night. What’s up?

  Hello :)

  I’m happy to take a look at this for you. I see that we processed a full $99 refund on May 15th. It can take up to ten days for funds to reach your account. I also suggest checking with your bank, sometimes they do not actually list it as a “refund” on the statement and may simply remove the original charge, for example.
