  I paid £85 in two seperate payments after upgrading. I have only recieved £55 refund when I cancelled. Please explain why i didnt recieve full refund of £85. Thanks

  I checked your account and it looks like a refund wasn’t triggered when you cancelled the Personal plan, we’re sorry about that! I’ve just refunded £30 and you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
