  I recently made two purchases on WordPress for a personal account and a domain name. However, I asked for a refund of the purchases within 30 minutes as I eventually bought the domain name on another website, linked to WordPress. I was charged for the two purchases I made and was wondering how long it would take to obtain my refund. Thanks in advance.

  Hi there tikutravel,

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

  I was charged for the two purchases I made and was wondering how long it would take to obtain my refund.

  I’ve refunded the remaining amounts for the Personal plan and domain. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  it usually takes 7-14 business days for a refund to process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
