    Hello @phatuniverse
I am tagging this thread for staff attention. They might be able to assist in cancelling your purchases and getting a refund.

    Meanwhile you can read this:
WordPress.COM has a 30-day refund policy on all their paid plans, except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. The refund period for Guided Transfers ends 30 days after purchase or as soon as your site has been moved, whichever comes first.

You can still cancel your plans after 30-days but you wont we refunded for your cancellation so it is suggested that you stay on the plan and let it expire.

    NOTE:

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

    As stated here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    Thanks! 🙂

  • I am seeing that you have filed a dispute for this charge with your bank. Once a dispute has been filed, the situation is out of our hands. You will need to wait for the dispute process to complete before you are refunded.

If you cancel the dispute, I can process the refund immediately.

  • Not a problem. Surprise charges are frustrating for anyone. Please post here as soon as you have canceled the dispute.
