  I am 86 years old. I tried to cancel the subscription for the site free trial and was unable to get help til today and a young man is helping me cancel. Please help with a refund to my card for the $59 that was charged to my card for September. This is all very upsetting.

  Hey there, unfortunately we aren’t able to refund while the charges are being actively disputed and investigated. It’s generally in your bank’s hands at that point.
