  hi when can i get my refund into my account? does this mean that i can now close my account and there will be no future payments? thanks

  I am tagging this thread for staff attention.

  However, I must also inform you that if you have just cancelled your purchases refunds might take up to 14 days to completely process and reflect on your statements.

  Hi @mkali123, we’ve sent a refund for everything that is refundable at this point, and you have cancelled all upgrades on this account. You do still have a free site. I hope that helps. :)
