Refund

    I cancelled my premium plan and requested a refund. The plan was canceled and my billing history shows a refund but 3 weeks later no money has been refunded to my bank account

    Your refund was issued on our end on 16 May. You can see a receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor in your billing history here:

    If the refund is not showing in your account yet, it means your bank is still processing it on their end. It shouldn’t take more than 10 business days, but we’ve noticed some non-US banks can sometimes take longer than that. Please follow up with your bank about this.
