    Hi,
    I cancelled my subscribe on May 18th and I received a confirmation of refund. But, I never received it, instead, I was billing an another time. I want to know how to process for settling the situation.

    You bought and cancelled a Personal Plan on 19 April, and we refunded your payment on the same day. You can see receipts for both transactions here:

    If you haven’t received the refund yet, please contact your bank, as the delay is due to the processing they do on their end. We issue refunds immediately in our system, but we have no control over how long your bank takes to show the refund in your account.

    Ok, I’m going to check with my bank for the refund for the first amount you had billing me, and refunded. But, I don’t understand why you had billing me an another amount the same day.

  • There has only been one charge on your site for $35.88 on 19 April.

    You see two receipts in your billing history, because one receipt is for the payment, and the second receipt is for the refund.

    If your card is showing any other charges, it’s for an upgrade in a different username account. If you have any other usernames/sites on WordPress.com, please log out of this account, and log in as the other account to access other sites/upgrades you might have.

  • You are now posting here using a completely different username, vieilliraufeminincom. However, vieilliraufeminincom also owns no upgrades on WordPress.com and have never made any payments to us.

    I registred also Vieilliraufeminin.com

    That domain belongs to the username, veilliraufeminin, so you need to be logged in as that username to make any changes to that domain or site. However, those upgrades are completely past the refund period of 30 days by now, as they were also bought on 19 April.

    i’m going to call my credit card for the refund.

    You credit card company cannot give you a refund. Only we can. If you call your credit card company for a “refund” what you’ll in reality be doing is falsely accusing us of fraud and of stealing your money. Note that if you do that your site will be locked, the upgrades removed, and a fine applied for each charge you dispute in this way.

    Sorry for all that, I don’t accuse you of anything.

    I think the mixup is because I did a mistake when I wrote the name domain for the first time.

    The refund I taught about it’s was for vieillirpourelle.com because seriously, I didn’t receive my refund for, and I had 2 billings instead on my credit card.

    Sorry, you misunderstood my comment, but I just told you, I’m going to verify with the bank…I don’t accuse anyone…Some mistake can happen with my credit card.

  • The only refund we’ve given you was for the personal plan on vieillirpourelle.wordpress.com

    The domain, vieillirpourelle.com, is not registered with us, so we cannot refund that domain.

    The domain, Vieilliraufeminin.com, belongs to the username, veilliraufeminin, along with another domain and a Personal Plan. Those upgrades are all past the refund period, but I can only provide more help with those if you contact us as the veilliraufeminin account.
