I’m wondering why I haven’t gotten my full refund when i canceled everything within 24 hours. I have not received an email or receipt.

Thank you, I recently decided to cancel the plan i started this morning. I never received a refund email or any form of confirmation based on it. I only received an email that i was getting refunded $5.88 which makes no sense considering i paid $35.88.

While you are waiting, you should see a copy of your refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to reach your account, although outside the US this can be a little longer.
Please post back in this forum thread if you need more assistance with this issue.

Hi there,
On the page where you cancelled the plan it showed a warning message that your domain wouldn’t be refunded, and that you needed to contact us via live chat to refund the domain instead of cancelling the plan yourself. Had you done that, we’d have been able to issue the full refund from the start.
But I’ve now processed the outstanding refund amount. The refund should appear in your account within ten business days, but that depends on your bank’s processing times.
