  You were refunded in full ($13 USD) on 2022-10-06. You can see that refund receipt under your purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  You should check with your bank on the status of that refund. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account, so your bank should be able to advise.
