Hello,
I have tried to cancel my subscription several times, but continue to get charged for renewal. From what I can tell based on the website I do not currently have an active subscription but was charged yesterday 93.00. How can I remedy this situation?

Do you know the URL of the site you are being charged for?
The reason I ask is that I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
