  Hello there,

  I am doing something wrong with the plan, I have cancel the subscription immediately when I found my mistake. It would be great if I can be refunded with all my payment. Because I even didn’t use the service.

  Check out our refund policy.

  If it’s been less than 30 days since you signed up for a WordPress.com paid plan, you can request a refund by following the instructions in the article I linked to above.

  I’ve refunded the remaining money for both of your plans and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show up on your statement.
