  Of the 99 $ charge, I have only been refunded $86. Please let me know.

  Hi,

  I have tagged this post for moderator attention, but it’s possible, based on theRefund Policy, that the missing $13 is for domain registration.

  The specific excerpt I’m referencing is:

  If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund.

  Hi,

  Thanks for your information. Much appreciated.

  I purchased a domain from go daddy as I was using go daddy server. However, I had cancelled this server which was within the refund period of 30 days. The domain name could not be cancelled due to the lapse of 48 hours refund duration.

  I want to map this domain name here in my word press premium plan. How do I solve this issue?

  To map an existing domain to WordPress.com you can follow these instructions found in the support documentation https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  Are you trying to use portraitbhutan.com here at WordPress.com?

  Your premium plan was removed when the refund processed. You’ll need to add a plan back to your account in order to set up the domain mapping again. I’ve sent an email your way with more details.
