  Hello. According to the information provided on your site;https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/ ;I am to receive full refund, why are you then giving me a partial refund for the cancelled domain (laearl.com)?

  Thanks for reaching out to us. There was a glitch with the refund and the domain registration portion did not process.

  I’ve manually added the difference for a full refund of your purchase price, $35.88. The funds should reach you in about ten days.
