Hi –
Thank you for getting in touch. I can see that a partial refund was processed back in June when you cancelled the upgrades on the account. I’ve manually added the difference for a complete refund of your purchase price of $99 total.
Typically, refunds only take about ten days to reach you. At that time, it is best to inquire with your bank about any delays. They can tell you when to expect the funds in your account and also let you know how it is going to be listed on your statement.

So, should I expect to see the refund this week or wait another 10 days? I apologize if I sound frustrated.

You’ll want to talk to your bank about the first part of the refund, that should have reached you by now. They’ll be able to tell you when they are going to put it in your account though, and also how it’s going to be listed on the statement.
The second portion, that I released 3 days ago should reach you within ten days. Again, every bank works differently and sometimes they hold on to that refund for a while before dropping it in to your account.
