My account was debited on 7 July 2017. Could you please assist me with why the refund hasn’t been processed yet ?

There are no upgrades connected with this user account. Please sign in with the account where the upgrade is connected so that I can take a closer look. WordPress.com sends email receipts out after renewals as well, that is the email address that you’ll need to sign in with.
