Hi there, if you are logged in with the account that originally purchased the upgrade, once you have canceled the upgrade you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process (may be longer if international) and the refund is returned to the same payment method. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/#how-will-you-refund-my-payment

Your Premium plan was refunded on 11th July 2017 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

As justjennifer mentioned, refunds can take 7-14 business days to show on your statement — although international refunds can take a little longer. But rest assured, the money has been sent and is on its way.

Hi there,
Please contact your bank to follow up on this. Some banks take longer to process the refund than others, and we have no control over the rest of the process once the refund has been issued on our end.
