How can i get my refund, it has been almost a month and i have not yet recieved it, i was within the refund policy when i requested yet, i still have not gotten anything, Who can i contact to get my refund? it has been too long

Hi there,
Your Premium Plan and domain mapping were refunded on 18 and 26 June respectively. You can view the receipts for those refunds in your billing history, here:

Once we issue a refund those funds leave our account and we have no further control over the process. From there it’s up to your bank to return the funds to your account once they receive it, and some banks take longer than others to do this. Please follow up with your bank directly if those refunds are not reflecting in your account yet.
